| | 1.4 lbs this week! That makes a total of 5.4 pounds. I was a little disappointed because I didn't lose more but at least I lost some I guess. Me, Darla, Penny and Kelly have started walking around the track - that was my goal this last week to start walking. My goal for this week is to do some strength training. So I have 9.6 pounds to go to my first goal weight. Until Next Week.............. |
